Intensive therapy

for when weekly sessions aren’t enough

Going to therapy once a week just isn’t cutting it — your challenges are too urgent, too painful, or too complex to wait. Intensive therapy may be the breakthrough you need. These 2- or 3-day deep-dive sessions offer 5 hours of therapy per day, designed to help you move further, faster.

Intensive Weekends are made for those who:

  • Feel stuck in patterns that aren’t shifting with weekly sessions

  • Are facing a crisis and need support now—not months from now

  • Have limited availability and need therapy to fit your schedule

  • Are ready to dig deep and heal with momentum and clarity

With a weekend intensive, you can start taking bigger steps towards the kind of healing and growth you’ve been waiting for.
