Intensive Weekends
Intensive Weekends are designed to provide deep, focused therapeutic support in a condensed timeframe—offering 5 hours of therapy per day in either a two or three-day format. These extended sessions are ideal for individuals, couples, and families who are facing significant challenges and need more than what traditional weekly therapy can offer.
For individuals ready to explore and heal from trauma, EMDR Intensives allow for meaningful progress without the start-stop rhythm of regular sessions. This dedicated time can help you move through stuck points and find relief with greater momentum.
Couples can benefit from Intensives when they are navigating long-distance dynamics, on the brink of breakup or divorce, or working to rebuild after infidelity. The extended time together allows for deeper conversations, renewed understanding, and a chance to reconnect with purpose and clarity.
Families facing ongoing conflict or urgent, time-sensitive issues—such as life transitions, major decisions, or communication breakdowns—can also find value in this immersive approach. It creates a structured space for each voice to be heard and for the family to move toward resolution together.
WHat To expect
One on Ones
If you are coming as a couple or family, your therapist will conduct breakout sessions with each person to gain information on each person’s unique history and perspective
Feedback
At the end of Day One you will be presented with feedback and collaborate with your therapist about the best way to structure your additional days
Therapy
Day Two and Three dive into your therapeutic experience. You will given the space to work towards your goals and leave with the tools you need
Intake
Day One begins with 1.5-2 hours of intake where your therapist learns more about you, your relationship, or your family dynamic, as well as your goals for the Intensive

Reach out to us to schedule a free consultation to determine if an intensive is right for you. You will then be sent paperwork to complete and pay a deposit of $500 to hold the weekend of your choosing. The remaining balance will be charged 24 hours prior to the start of your Intensive.

Insurance does not cover the cost of Intensives. However, you can use FSA/HSA funds

Once a deposit is paid it is nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, you may be granted a one time transfer to another weekend.
